Refund Policy

Because every item from The Salty Christian is printed on demand specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or color preference.

We will gladly replace or refund an item in the following cases only:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective
  • You receive the wrong design or product
  • There is a clear manufacturing or printing error

How to Request a Replacement or Refund

  1. Contact us within 30 days of the delivery date.
  2. Contact us through our contact page:
    • Your order number
    • A clear description of the issue
    • Photos showing the problem (required)

Once we receive your message and photos, we will review the claim and respond within 2–3 business days. If approved, we will either send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • We cannot process claims without photos.
  • Items that have been washed, worn, or altered are not eligible.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our end.
